FREE TRIAL VERSION

You can download and try a CadLine product for 30 days at no cost! We strongly insist that you try the product in order to get a full understanding of its capabilities, and be satisfied before you go on to purchase it. The trial versions of our products are working versions (with feature limitations); however, upon expiry of your 30 day period, you must purchase the product license to convert your trial version to a fully functional licensed version (you need to deinstall the trial version, download and install the product again); or uninstall the product from your computer.

PURCHASING A PRODUCT LICENSE

You can purchase the product license any time during the trial period by selecting any of the "Buy Now" prompts given by the application, or selecting the shopping bag icon on the toolbar. Either option directs you to the CadLine online purchase centre. You may also go directly to the CadLine Website.

Once your payment for the product license is confirmed, CadLine will send you a Product Activation E-mail asking you to start the Activation code process for the product you have purchased. For this reason, it is very important that you be careful to enter your e-mail address correctly and exactly during the purchasing process, or we will be unable to contact you.

HOW DOES THE LICENSE WORK

All our software packages, inclusive of update releases, upgrades, user manuals and any associated documentation, are supplied under license from CadLine. It is very important that you understand that CadLine is not "selling" its Software. Instead, CadLine is granting you the right to use its products through the product license and a License Agreement between you and CadLine.

When you purchase a product license, you are provided with a license key for you to access the full, unlimited use of the product; and you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, thereby becoming the Licensee of the Licensed Software.

TYPE OF LICENSE

The product has its own type of license:

The license is intended for one person and permits that person to install and use the product on only one computer/node. Other persons should not use it.

Order pages are protected by SSL-encoding (Secure Sockets Layer), so you can be sure your order information will be transmitted in encrypted form.

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT

Your purchase of the product license entitles you to technical support, upgrades and updates of the product at no additional cost for 3 month from the date of purchase. After that, a fee will be incurred for these maintenance support services.

Notification of any updates or upgrades available for your version of the product is provided via the CadLine Newsletter mailing list. Thus, in order to receive notification from CadLine, you are required to subscribe to the CadLine Newsletter.

CadLine provides support via e-mail, the documentation that accompanies the product, and the information on this website. CadLine does not offer technical support via telephone, thus avoiding increased product charges to cover such costs.

PHYSICAL DISK OR BOX PRODUCT

You will not be sent a physical disk or boxed product. This is an electronic purchase; everything is done via the Internet. You obtain the product simply by downloading it from the CadLine website. This decreases CadLine's costs and savings are passed on to you by keeping the product prices low. Downloading the product and emailing you the product registration key is much faster than by physical mail, which means less waiting time for you.

In the future, CadLine may offer an option to mail you a physical box, etc. at an additional cost, if there is sufficient interest in this option.

LOST PRODUCT REGISTRATION KEY

If you have purchased the product license, and for whatever reason you do not receive an email with the product license key or activation code; or you have lost the activation code due to computer failure, poor organization, etc.; or your email is no longer valid or is changed, please send an email to Sales at archlinexp.com.

To avoid you being caught in any of those situations, we recommend that you backup your license key and activation code as soon as it is emailed to you.

You may have an excessively strong filter option enabled for spam in your e-mail account, so be sure to check your junk mail folder (and maybe even your trash can) to ensure that the email containing your purchase information and license key has not been incorrectly identified as spam and then deleted.

Should you feel your purchase does not meet your needs or expectations, we encourage you to try the following two things to provide you with all the possible solutions that might help you find satisfaction with your purchase:

REFUND POLICY

CadLine offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all product purchases. If you are dissatisfied with our products or services for any reason, you may request a full refund from CadLine.

To do so, simply submit your request along with your order details to CadLine Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase.

NOTE: We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after your purchase.
