Cancellation policy conditions (Workshop)
Registration policy – online or in-person workshops
Registrations can be submitted up to 4 days prior to the workshop start date. E.g. a workshop that starts on January 28th can be registered for up until January 24th. Please note that after registration closes, participants might be enrolled for future online workshops.Location
The face to face workshops are carried out in Sandhurst Berkshire, UK and are for a duration of two hours.Price
The price is £45 plus VAT for the two hour workshop either for online or in-person.Process
Online workshop:You can reserve a placement on the workshop by completing the document on the website. Be advised that you should enter the email address of the participant as it is this address which will be used in all communication.
In-person workshop:
You can reserve a placement on the workshop by completing the document on the website or contacting Dave Cotterell at Blinds and Awnings (UK Distributer ) 01252 875577 or e-mail dave@blindsandawnings.org
Confirmation of the workshop booking will be made by e-mail when full payment has been received.
The workshops are open for anyone to register; it is, however, the participants’ responsibility to select the workshop that would be most appropriate for their needs.
Cancelation process
We continue to work closely with our users and assist wherever possible. However our workshop is very popular and to prevent disappointment we need to adhere to a strict cancellation policy.Training cancelled within ten days of training will see no charge occurred but the new training date must be booked in within the next month period.
Training cancelled between nine and four days before the training date will incur a 50% charge and a new training date to be booked in within a month and the additional payment made.
Training cancelled with less than four days to the training date will incur a charge of the full amount
All cancellation must be made by e-mail to info@archlinexp.com in case of online or dave@blindsandawnings.org for in-person workshop. Please note you will receive confirmation of the cancellation by return e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation it will mean we have not received your original e-mail and you will need to re-submit.
We will not accept phone call cancellations without e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of the initial phone call.
