• Smooth video playback – ARCHLine.XP Live R5 introduces an ability to smoothen animation paths previously created. This results in smooth playback by equalizing the speed of camera movement along the path.
• Sharp timing in video results – Recorded animation timing now always matches the timing of the real-time preview. This means that trees, water, fire and other animated assets will have the exact smooth result on the final video as during design, and won't speed up or slow down during playback.
• Light source markers – Enabling light source management paints light source markers representing the light sources' position, type and on/off status. This results in an easy light management all around the whole project. When the Light mode is turned off, all markers automatically disappear.
• Activate / Deactivate licenses – ARCHLine.XP R5 makes it easy to activate a license on a computer and then deactivate it to make it available for use on another computer. All you need to do is to Deactivate your license on Computer #1 and activate it on Computer #2. It is easy as 1-2-3.
• Snipping items from the model – When you have an item already placed in your model and it was modified, you can save this new version of that model as well into the Library. Simply select it and click on the "+" icon at the bottom of the Library panel, there will be the new item as well in your library besides the original. The feature works with multiple selected items too.

Fixes and enhancements

• There are smaller fixes in functions and assets, based on previously reported issues.

• Extended library – ARCHLine.XP Live R4 comes with more than 130 new built-in objects. You can find high quality tables, chairs, bathroom accessories, living room items, decorative objects, mirrors and pictures which you can use right after installing the new version.
• 3 page Navigator – The latest version of Navigator features the 3 page layout by sorting all content types to their proper page, such as 1. Objects and effects, 2. Materials and 3. Lights. This results in a well organized library where all items can be found and hadled easier than before, when a page was able to hold mixed types.
• New features for animation – The animation tray offers manual sorting of the previously created, currently available animations - you can also handle all the animation as a whole sequence with the sorted order and save the whole animation as one into a video file. Fade-in, fade-out and cross fade effects are also supported for the animation sequence.
• New keyboard shortcuts – Holding the righ mouse we can look around the model from any point. Thanks to the new possibility now you can hold the SHIFT key for horizontal and the CTRL key for vertical lock while looking around the model.
• Welcome page – Unnecessary thumbnails of previously opened projects can be removed from the list.

• Panorama 360 – ARCHLine.XP Live R3 introduces an ability to work with 360 panorama setups coming from the ARCHLine.XP design system and you can also create a Panorama 360 experience using only Live. The workflow is simple and intuitive and the result generates extremely fast.
• Automatic and scalable backup archive system – Further increasing the abilities of ARCHLine.XP Live to secure a users work when the unexpected happens, we developed the same archive backup system which already proven well in the design system itself.

• Creating and editing animations – ARCHLine.XP Live offers intuitive ways to create new path and keyframe based camera animations. You can also rename or remove animations and the final video file will be named based on this title.
• Extending the Library – For those who use the ARCHLine.XP BIM design system there is a direct link to export already owned OBJECTS, MATERIALS and LAMPS from the Design Center to the Live Library. Just select the item in the Design Center, click on the small cogwheel icon and choose "Export to Live". The content automatically appears in a few seconds in your Live Library. 
• Library managment tools – You can create materials and import models, add and rename new folders and cut / copy / paste user content in the Library.
• New Library items – New high-detailed human figures are added to the default Live Library and there is a new Lighting folder with pre-defined basic lights. Plants now feature a built-in Mown grass patch too for foliage.
• Lightning-fast search engine – The Library is equipped with a search field which responds to the search input in seconds. Type a search phrase and hit Enter to see the results right away. 
• Lights and lamps – Moving a lamp transforms its lights automatically and you also have the option to refine the position of all individual light sources within the lamp fixture as well.
• Standard colour table support – ARCHLine.XP Live is shipped with the most common colour tables to use for lights and materials: AutoCAD, RAL, Sikkens,  Pantone and many more...
• Unified resolution setting – One single resolution setting to manage all the snapshot and video resolutions at one place in the Options dialog.
• New shortcuts – CTRL + C and CTRL + V for copy and paste and CTRL + D for duplicate. Select an item in the model and copy / paste them.
