Introduction

My name is Dr. Brigitta Forgó, a lawyer turned interior designer. At first glance, these professions may seem fundamentally different, but upon closer consideration, there are many overlapping skills required in both fields. My enthusiasm for real estate, creativity, and newly acquired expertise are well complemented by the precision, solution-oriented mindset, and discretion demanded by my previous legal work. I believe that by understanding the client’s style, needs, and unique requirements—while also keeping the function of each space in mind—I can create truly harmonious, personalized interiors. In the end, I believe a property becomes a truly good home, holiday house, office, or workplace not only when it is beautiful, but also when it is comfortable and practical.

A contemporary home tailored for family living – Interior design concept for reimagining a newly built apartment

How does a newly built apartment become a truly personalized home? This featured project presents thoughtful yet effortless interior design solutions for a family of three. The aim of the design was to create a welcoming and livable space that is simultaneously modern, elegant, and family-oriented. The bright, open-plan living room–dining area–kitchen became the natural setting for shared family moments, while the well-separated private spaces provide peaceful relaxation and recharging. Natural materials, clean forms, and contemporary artistic elements define the character of the interior. The children’s room can be flexibly adapted over time, allowing the apartment to evolve together with the family. The concept is an excellent example of how functionality, aesthetics, and a sense of home can come together in one harmonious space.
